We know your cat is precious - just like all cats are! However, please don't bring your own cat to the lounge.
Our cat lounge is designed to help socialize and enrich cats' lives here as they get ready for their forever homes.
But don't worry, you're welcome to bring ALL of your human friends along to enjoy the experience!
After visiting the cat lounge and meeting the cats, you can apply through the LOUNGE APPLICATION. This gives you a chance to get to know their personalities and make sure they are a good match for you and your home.
Once you meet the cats, you can submit your application. Applications are reviewed and approved by our rescue partners and typically take about 48 hours to process. If you're approved, we'll schedule a pick-up date. The entrire adoption fee goes to the partner rescue.
IMPORTANT:
*The adoption fee is $85 and all cats are fully vetted (up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, microchipped)
*You must bring a cat carrier when picking up your new buddy.
Kids Welcome!
We love seeing the joy kids experience when meeting our cats - and visiting the lounge is a wonderful way to help children learn about consent and respectful interaction.
There's no minimum age to visit the cat lounge, but we do have a few important guidelines to ensure a safe and calm environment for both cats and guests:
*Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
*Children under 10 must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.
*No one is allowed to pick up the cats, but if a cat chooses your lap, you're welcome to enjoy the cuddle while seated!
*Guests are welcome to pet and play with the cats.
*We ask that everyone maintain a "classroom" atmosphere - quiet voices and no running, please.
Important Notice-Waiver REQUIRED
Before entering the cat lounge, all guests must sign a waiver. Why? Because as adorable as our feline friends are, they come with claws - also known as "murder mittens"! Accidents can happen, and this release form just acknowledges that you understand and accept the risk of interacting with cats.
Guests under 18: A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on your behalf.

The cats are in charge - and we respect that!
Cats have their moods, just like people, and we honor their need for space and independence. At our lounge, the cats are free to come and go as they please. When they've "had enough", they can retreat to their private area, away from the public.
You'll also notice walkways and perches high above the lounge. These are safe spaces where our feline friends can observe or nap from a distance. Here, the cats call the shots - they choose when (and if) they want to be sociable. Thank you for respecting their boundaries and letting them lead the way.
